Canadian Shipments
Shipping charges are determined by the value of goods, delivery service (i.e. standard, 2 day or overnight) and insurance. Please refer to the charts below. Also, please note that the prices below are estimates and are subject to adjustment by A Bit Equine. Notification will be provided if shipping charges exceed the amount below due to remote locations or extreme weight (actual or dimensional).

Insurance rates are $1.00 per $100.00 of goods. For example, the insurance on a shipment valued at $200.00 will be $2.00.
2 Day Service:
Average orders up to 10 lbs range in cost from $4.95 to $19.95 (depending on actual/dimensional weight and/or remote locations) per box, in addition to regular service and insurance charges. Your package will be delivered within 2 business days. If you would like an exact quote please call (905)854-0096.
Overnight service:
Average orders up to 10 lbs range in cost from $10.95 to $44.95 (depending on actual/dimensional weigh and/or remote locations) per box, in addition to regular service and insurance charges. U.S. Shipments:
Remittance payable in Canadian funds which will be converted into U.S. funds by your credit card company based on the daily exchange rate (please contact your credit card company for current rates). VISA, Mastercard and Money Orders are accepted. Customers are responsible for all related duties and taxes for shipments outside Canada.
International Shipments:

Please note that we do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
A Bit Equine wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise. If you are not satisfied, we ask that you return it unused and in the original packaging within 30 days for replacement or return, less shipping charges.
Custom, special/personalized orders, books, videos, undergarments, medicaments (including wormers) or supplements (for safety reasons) are excluded. Saddles are not refundable if marked in any manner. Blankets and sheets MUST be returned clean and unused. We suggest putting a clean sheet on your horse first, before trying on your new blanket. Please call (905)659-6810 for a Return Authorization number before returning the package. We cannot accept any packages freight collect or COD.
A Bit Equine reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% on merchandise that has damaged or non-saleable packaging. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds, exchanges or in-store credits. If you have any questions please call (905)659-6810.
